Before working in Salesforce, I spent years designing and running operational systems in a real service business — dealing with inconsistent data, manual processes, scaling challenges, and user adoption issues first-hand.
That experience shapes how I approach Salesforce today: starting with real workflows, prioritising usability, and using standard platform features effectively to reduce complexity and improve outcomes.
